My intent with informing you of Fabric8Slipcovers policies is to eliminate concerns about costs and how I run my business. Please contact me if any problems arise that may change these and we’ll work it out. It is my goal to get things done as quickly as possible but delays do happen. Problems will be taken care of ASAP & all orders are guaranteed. Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you have a question about these policies please ask before making any payments.
Fabric decision and approved measurements are required before acceptance of any deposits. Once we have final measurements and fabric decision, a 50% deposit is required to place your project into my workflow. Deposits are a legal and binding contract, an agreement to Fabric8Slipcovers policies and are NON-REFUNDABLE after fabric has been cut/preshrunk.
The outstanding balance is due in full upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

All major credit cards, cash, check, e-check or PayPal payments are accepted.
Unforeseen problems sometimes arise. For instance the style or fabric may need to change unexpectedly. Therefore the job will need to be reassessed. And the charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Prices are subject to change when suppliers change their price without notification. In this instance I will notify you before ordering your supplies.
Occasionally the project must be abandoned, suspended, or deferred in all or in part. In this event I require the appropriate amount of fees rendered to date to be paid in full.
Rush orders are projects that need to be done ahead of my current schedule. And will be charged at 25% above normal charges.
I strive to be as accurate as possible with your measurements. However, if we have an issue with the final fit, I will make reparations.
My warranty covers workmanship and fabric flaws found in our fabrics. Similarly I will contact you to discuss flaws I find in your fabric. To sum up, I will correct my mistakes at no cost to you.
Please report issues within 14 days of receiving your finished projects. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper care. Please see Slipcover Care to learn how to best care for your slipcover
Order Change / Cancellation / Return Policy
You can change your order up until the fabric has been preshrunk/cut.
I will require a fee equal to 50% of the deposit on orders canceled prior to fabric being preshrunk/cut. This amount should be appropriate to cover processing and restocking fees.
Your deposit is forfeited when you cancel your order after the fabric has been preshrunk/cut.
Because of the custom nature of our business, only adjustments are possible. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
